Evan operated one of the founding locations in Commack, NY for 2 years until the West Islip, NY location opened in 2021. He supports franchise owners in the areas of website development, marketing, and operations.

Evan Deitch is an entrepreneur with over 30 year’s experience, building, and operating businesses. Evan always knew he wanted to be in the restaurant industry, and at the age of 21, he bought his first entertainment and catering business. A few years later, Evan launched an internet sporting goods business and became well-versed in Internet Technology and the infinite possibilities it can create for private enterprise.

Evan’s entrepreneurial prowess and his desire to return to his first love brought him full circle to Chiddy’s CheeseSteaks, Inc. as Chief Operating Officer. Evan brings more than three decades of experience and a diverse skill set to Chiddy’s and is equally comfortable with working on an executive level to a “hands-on” role in his company.  He looks forward to many more years proudly serving Long Island and the franchise owners who join the brand to follow in their lead.
